The newest update fixed all the major problems caused by the last update. It works great again. Highly recommend!

Very clean and easy to use interface. Works fast and smooth. Highly customizable. Cant ask for anything more. Get rid of the ads and its perfect.

I like the app now that i can use it in any orientation of my iPad. It will not allow critique, does not allow offline reading. It asks you for a critique then sends you to the app store???? This critique was written over another one (the one below) Great app. I recently updated it to the newer version and had a problem with offline reading. Probably my offline setting was toggled wrong I had the same problem Will not allow critique Does not allow offline reading Wish I never updated

My old review was 2 stars... with the most recent update the biggest complaint about offline has been fixed! Downloaded content is always available offline and its simple to do. I also like the crisp look. One nice touch is that the status at top of screen showing time etc is now viewable while reading articles. I used to have to exit Metro app to check the time... no more!

I speed read 3 Canadian 2 American and 2 English newspapers daily, and find Metro covers all the global news items worth reading. Love the format, easy to navigate and better than ever with latest upgrades.

It says on the website that Montreal should be there but it is not... Really disappointed there.

This new format for the Metro is easier to read and more organized that the previous. I enjoy this new page.

Good app. Fixes are sometimes pushed out too quickly and not tested enough (I use and Ipad2) before being released.

Used to be a good app and it was my go-to for news for 4 years, but now ads start playing, with video and AUDIO!!! Deleted it immediately.

I really like the refurbished model but am dissatisfied that there are no options to comment on stories as there is with the web based version.

I love the Metro paper! The price fits my budget, and the stories keep me up to date with the news! Thank you Metro for your wonderful newspaper!

Havent had any stability issues recently.

This is one of the best newspapers app out there. It is quick, informative, and absolutely seamless!

The Metro app is so handy for being able to read tons of news etc from all over the place, and all over the world even, but this version has a minor flaw: when one follows a link from within the link which opens ones browser, and then closes the browser and re-opens the app, it no longer takes you back to the story you were on from within which you followed the link. Oh well, tons of comprehensive news and opinions and some quirky random stuff too balance out that minor issue. :)

Not bad for reading current items but needs search (badly) and bookmark.
