No matter where I might be, I can always count on the Metro to give me my home town news.
Fast and slick, excellent for getting timely all the news you need in a modern look.
This is my go to for most general news. Ive had no problems with it.
I love to read the Metro everyday after I open my eyes in the morning. Love the Horoscope mostly. Dont know who wrote mine but happens to me everyday. Metro is part of my life for last 15 years & hope will be there with me forever. Thanks Metro.
After the previous update I had quit reading most of the articles because of annoying changes. This latest update corrected all those problems. I can now view the Metro in landscape on my iPad and the articles widget that always popped up when I was near the bottom of an article has been removed. I look forward to going back to spending the time reading the Metro properly. Great job! Thanks for listening to the feedback.
The newest update fixed all the major problems caused by the last update. It works great again. Highly recommend!
Some bad moments
This version is horrible! It was easy to read metro news but pressreader blew it!
The new version REALLY sucks. It cant be read in landscape mode, the story titles are all over the place... The older version was way better.
Your app is crashing and shut down.... Not impressed about this .. Fix the bug now
I used to love this app. I checked it every morning, but since the upgrade I cant stand it. For one thing, it is much harder to scroll through sections, but the worst thin for me, is you now have to move your iPad into vertical every time you want to read it. Its irritating.
They have ruined this app with the latest update. Anyone with an iPad might as well forget about this app. Lets hope Metro News fires their programmers and finds some COMPETENT people instead!
No landscape mode, forces reader to hold iPad in what is upside down to reader, who wants the charging cord in their tummy all the time.
Have almost stopped using it from daily to one every 10 days or so, just to see if it has reverted to previous manner.
